Historic Nashville, Inc. invites you to our annual meeting on Thursday, January 29, at 5:30 PM at Lindsley Avenue Church of Christ. This is a free event exclusively for HNI members, and tickets and membership are required. Memberships can be purchased or renewed on our website at historicnashvilleinc.org/get-involved/membership.
The event will begin with light refreshments and tours of the venue, focusing on the 1894 church’s architecture, stained glass, and restoration work., At 6:30, the HNI president will present her remarks and the organization’s annual report. Our keynote presentation at 6:45 will be Antonin Robert, Principal of GBX Group speaking on conservation easements for long-term preservation. GBX is a national leader in the use of easements as a preservation tool. Since 2019, GBX has placed preservation easements through HNI on 11 of Nashville’s downtown historic properties. An announcement about a recent Nashville easement success story will also be included!

The church parking lot has limited spaces, and free parking along Lindsley Avenue is available on a first come first serve basis. Carpooling is recommended for convenience.
