Historic Nashville Inc. is hosting an informational workshop for Nashville property owners to learn more about the non-profit’s Preservation Easement program. This workshop is open to all property owners in the Nashville area including developers, real estate agents, business owners, and home owners. A panel of experts, including special guest and Legal Counsel for the National Trust for Historic Preservation Tom Mayes, will discuss the details of HNI’s program as well as the potential tax benefits of donating a preservation easement. RSVPs are encouraged to easements@historicnashvilleinc.org. Walk-ins are welcome.
HNI’s Preservation Easement Workshop is free and will include lite bites and refreshments.
